At Europe Basketball Academy we are nurturing team spirit and we are very dedicated to all of our players. In order to face all challenges that arise in professional basketball, we have formed an extensive team of coaches, agents, scouts, recruiters, administrators and promoters. Srdjan Premovic is typical representative of basketball coaching school of former Yugoslavia which is famous for successful development of young players, very hard work, good discipline and most of all fundamental basketball with strong accent on aggressive defense, fast break orientation and pick and roll play. He always insists on loyalty, high moral and ethic values and is ready to work extra hours if that club or player need in order to achieve targeted goals. Srdjan is working at Europe Basketball Academy since 2010.

Bojan Trbojevic is basketball professional with very important role at Europe Basketball Academy staff. His primary task is to recruit players suitable for Europe Basketball Academy programs, to evaluate their athletic abilities and overall playing potential keeping in mind needs of professional basketball teams in Europe. His job is to prepare objective player reports to team management with results of scouting assignments and he is also in charge of suggesting Europe Basketball Academy scholarship candidates. Bojan is working at Europe Basketball Academy since 2011.
