This action is open to legal residents of Jamaica, the Bahamas, the Cayman Islands and Trinidad who are 18 years of age or older and who have an eligible visa visa debit card, with the exception of employees of the Bank, their respective parent companies (The Bank of Nova Scotia group and Bank of Nova Scotia) and subsidiaries; direct family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses) and/or those who live in the same household of one of these members. Staff of the Bank`s promotion and promotion agencies, as well as direct family members, family and/or persons living in the same households, are also not allowed to participate. The Entry Permit is limited to Scotiabank Visa debit cardholders whose visa debit card is still active at the time of the draw, and Scotiabank VISA credit card holders whose account is in good condition and has not been blocked, frozen, stolen or fraudulently obtained during the Action Period or during the last twelve (12) months, transferred, lost or cancelled or in arrears. · "debit visa" means the point of sale and online transactions less returns/credits and does not include deposits, withdrawals, invoices or transfers.
