Watkins Williams New Member of BBG Herford From Germany


Europe Basketball Academy player Watkins Williams after successfully completed pro placement program headed to Germany to finish season 2016/17 as member of BBG Herford. Watkins Williams born 1987 is an athletic winger who plays with great tenacity who averaged 22 points per game at Hillsborough Community college his freshman year of college. His second year of college He attended Siskiyou College NAIA D2 in which he average 28 points per game, 6 rebounds, and 3 assist. He made 1st team all conference and top 5 in State California. Williams is extremely explosive around the rim with a 40 inch vertical. After college Williams was struggling to find his way to European professional basketball and before completing Pro Placement Program in Europe Basketball Academy and became member of BBG Herford he also had opportunity to go to tryout in Spanish EBA league for basketball team Villarobledo. We are proud to say that Watkins Williams is player number 100 that went to good level professional team directly from Europe Basketball Academy in past 7 years
