At Europe Basketball Academy Summer Camp, we believe that the day's success relies heavily on how you start it. Hence, we begin our mornings with a nutritious breakfast, that's both delicious and energizing. Our expert nutritionists carefully plan the menu to ensure the right balance of proteins for muscle recovery and growth, complex carbohydrates for sustained energy, and fruits for essential vitamins. From whole grain cereals and eggs to fresh fruit, we've got everything to fuel you for the day's activities.

08:00 Morning Practice - Sharpen Your Skills

Once breakfast is done, it's time to hit the court. The morning practice session is dedicated to enhancing individual basketball skills. Under the guidance of our experienced coaches, players work on different aspects of the game such as shooting, dribbling and ball handling techniques, passing skills, and defensive strategies. Our coaches use a blend of traditional drills and innovative training techniques to help players master the fundamentals and elevate their game to the next level.


10:00 Physical Workout - Boost Your Fitness Levels

After the skill-based practice, we switch gears to focus on physical conditioning. This part of the day is centered around a tailored workout regimen designed to improve players overall fitness. With a combination of strength training, agility drills, and endurance workouts, our goal is to make players faster, stronger, and more resilient athletes. Our experienced trainers ensure each exercise is carried out with proper form and intensity, pushing players limits but also prioritizing safety.

12:00 Lunch - Refuel and Recharge

Having worked hard all morning, it's now time for a well-deserved lunch break. Our nutritionist-curated lunch menu is designed to replenish players energy and support recovery. We ensure a perfect balance of lean proteins for muscle repair, complex carbohydrates to restore energy levels, and a variety of vegetables for a nutrient-rich boost.
